Foreground: Fine Art for the Culturally Curious announces the Foreground Competition for Best Independently Published Art or Photography Book, sponsored by Blurb. Enter your independently published book by June 5, 2015 for a chance to win up to $1,000 in Blurb credit, plus editorial coverage and a year’s worth of marketing exposure for your work.

- US $1,000 of Blurb credit toward print copies of your book*
- Editorial coverage in a special 2015 issue of Foreground magazine
- One year’s worth of full-page ads in Foreground (rate card value $4,000)

100 books deemed as “notable” entries will also be featured in a 2015 issue of Foreground magazine.
HOW IT WORKS
The deadline for entry is midnight on June 5, 2015.
- To enter, create a new book with Blurb or submit an existing one.
- Any independently published/self-published art or photography book is eligible for entry.* The competition is open to authors worldwide.
- Entry fee is $20 per book. There is no limit to the number of books an individual can enter.
- The winning entries will be selected by the editors of Foreground magazine.

*Although a book need not be published through Blurb to be eligible for the competition, Blurb prizes will be contingent upon the winner putting their book into a format that can be printed through Blurb. Please see contest details for more information.
