Campus Movie Fest 3D Behind The Scenes & Winner

From cmf3d

The first annual CMF3D Film Festival came to a close at the 2011 Campus MovieFest International Grand Finale. After amazing submissions from young filmmakers across the US over the past 8 months, the winner and runner up were crowned at a star studded awards ceremony at the Steven J. Ross Theater on the Warner Bros. Studios lot. Presenting the awards was International 3D Society representative Daniel Henningson and acclaimed 3D director Keith Melton, as well as actor/producer/3D filmmaker David Arquette.

Congratulations to Xavier Burgin and his film Portrait of a Storm: Tuscaloosa, AL, who takes home a $5,000 cash grant, with continued exposure through Campus MovieFest and the International 3D Society.

Matt Lincoln’s film Trust No One was named runner-up and is taking home the $1,000 cash prize.
