Did Hungary Just Outlaw Street Photography?

From 15 March, the expanded law on consent now includes the taking of photographs and their publication. Hungary’s photographers call the new civil law vague and obstructive, and that it is tantamount of outlawing taking pictures without the permission of everyone who is identifiable in the photograph and who are not waving in protest, nor trying to hide or run out of shot. Suspicion is that it will also make it impossible to photograph police without first obtaining their permission.
