DIY: Shape Bokeh Filters

From makemagazine

Many photographers understand what “bokeh” means (the quality of the out of focus areas) but then turns around and calls the shape effects you get when you use a cut out shape in front of your lens as bokeh. Unfortunately that name has stuck so we are calling it here “shape bokeh” because what we’re after here are the diferent shapes that we can get from out of focus points of light.

As this video shows, you can easily make your own and don’t have to spend $$ for one.
