Fujifilm announces the “100 X-Photographers” exhibition coming to Tokyo Midtown in January 2016

5 years has passed since the launch of the first X series camera, the X100, and as part of our anniversary celebration, we will host a gallery that exhibits the works taken by X old and new….

This will be one of our biggest gallery ever! If you are in town, come visit, you will not be disappointed!

This is an update to the previous blog, Fujifilm X Series 5th Year Anniversary Celebration: “FUJIFILM X World Photo Gallery” Exhibition in Tokyo Midtown, Japan, in January 2016 + Contest for X Series Users: Submit Your Favorite Photo Taken on an X Series Camera before 11:59 p.m. JST November 30, 2015.

The highlights of the “100 X-Photographers” exhibition include:

  • This gallery will showcase the works taken by X-Photographers new and old.
  • There also will be special live talks.  Professional photographers from around the globe will be sharing their own personal and professional experiences of using the Fujifilm X system. Fujifilm staff will share behind the stories about the X series. The January 16 – 24, 2015, Timetables are provided at http://fujifilm-x.com/100_x_photographers/en/ .
  • There wil be a FREE maintenance service counter for X series cameras and lenses. The service will include exterior cleaning, brief operation testing, and firmware updates. You can make your reservation by calling the phone number 050-3786-1060, but you can also walk in without any reservation. However, please note that those with reservation will be given priority to accomodate the service.

      The service is available during the weekends only.
      Days: Jan. 16, 17, 23 and 24.
      Hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (Entry acceptance ends at 18:30 )

      1 camera (X series only) per person. In case of interchangeable camera, 1 camera and 1 lens are allowed
    • Fee FREE
    • Other remarks
      There may be waiting time even when you made a reservation. Fujifilm technicians will ask visitors to contact the repair center when detecting serious failure on submitted devices.
