Fujifilm’s managing director of Electronic Imaging, Adrian Clarke, presents the FinePix X100 camera at Photokina. He puts the emphasis on high image quality being the reason why there’s no zoom on the X100, the hybrid OVF / EVF for the best of both worlds, the customized CMOS sensor with adjustments to micro lenses to reduce light fall off at the edges of the sensor, and price around US $1,000 (pricey!).
