Give Direction To Your Photography With Project Photography

James Martin over at Luminous Landscape has an interesting article about how to give more direction to your photography, be it around a theme, story or other organizing principle. As you think about your project, you start anticipating the elements that will be required, formulate a plan for execution, engage in the actual photography and editing process to bring forth a polished finished product. Who knows, the pictures may end up as a photography book — though I dare say not too many of us will be climbing high mountains or photographying beautiful icy landscapes like James Martin has done.
