You could easily mistake it for a USB flash drive (which it is, at 4GB) or as one of the Gumbo characters with its squid-like tripod legs.
Which is why it makes such a good spy camera (OK, a 3MP camera that could be used for cloak-n-dagger spy work) appropriately named the Peepster, from Duh Technologies.
With a variable timer (8 min, 4 min, 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec, 10 sec, instantaneous shot), it will record slices of your life or whoever happens to be in front of it. Sounds like fun. [But, please, don’t hang it around your cat’s neck.]
