This should have been our last review of 2009 and we got it almost all wrapped up ready for publishing… then things come up, relatives visit, there’re dinners to attend, and end of year maintenance to perform on the web server… and so we bring you this Nikon D300s Review a couple of days late.

The Nikon D300s improves on the D300 with slightly better Live View, adds HD Movie, a slightly faster Continuous Shooting at 7fps — and continues to be one of the best DSLR for serious photographers on a budget. It is not for those upgrading from a P&S compact digicam but advanced DSLR photographers will find plenty to like.
