Lumix Life – capturing the essence of Australia
The goal of Lumix Life: Focus on Australia is to capture the heart and soul of Australia through the eyes of Lumix cameras, and to produce a stunning coffee table book using the best photographs from both amateurs and professionals. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for everyday Lumix photographers to have their photos published side-by-side with some of Australia’s greatest professional talent. The professionally published coffee-table book will be available in stores nationwide, with all proceeds going to the Walk a While charity.

The project has the support of nine of Australia’s leading photographers, including Ken Duncan, Peter Eastway, Bill Bachman and Leo Meier.

Lumix is currently collecting photographs from enthusiasts around the nation. Already, more than 3,400 entries have been submitted, and can be viewed at “www.lumixlife.com.au“.

Each month Lumix is giving away a brand new Lumix GF1 Micro 4/3 Camera to the best entry selected by Ken Duncan. The April winner, Reza Behjat, submitted the brilliant black and white Wave Rock photograph.

The competition ends 30th June 2010 so get your entry in today! Enter at “lumixlife.com.au” for your chance to win.
