The Lifeproof case makes your iPhone waterproof, dirtproof, snowproof and shockproof. It seems to me that the guys at Lifeproof should be able to make these cases for digital cameras, too, especially the compact ones with internal zoom lens mechanism. The shockproof claim may work for the iPhone which probably has no moving parts that could get dislodged when bumped, but a digital camera has more sensitive parts, especially the image sensor and lens. But I could live with “dentproof.” The price, though, is a bit steep.
