LittleDog Robot v2.0

Developed by Boston Dynamics with funding from DARPA, LittleDog Robot is used for research on legged locomotion and learning by groups at MIT, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, USC, U Penn and IHMC. The latest version of the LittleDog Robot can autonomously navigate through difficult rocky terrain, cross gaps, climb up slippery stairs, even carefully choose stable footholds, employ special moves to hoist itself up a ledge, and recover from falls. Impressive.
