MegaFrame Imager

What would you use a digital camera that is able to capture 1 million frames per second for? Watch the proverbial grass grow?

The Megaframe Imager is an ultrafast camera capable of recording images at the incredible rate of one million frames. It uses an extremely sensitive single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) device. Potential use is in the medical field of biosensing for biomolecular detection which could lead to the future development of personalised drugs and point of care testing devices.
