To further enhance image stabilization (IS) for super-telephoto shooting, the M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm f/4.0 IS PRO lens is equipped with an in-lens IS system. When attached to an OM-D E-M1 or E-M5 Mark II, it works together with the camera’s in-body IS to form a 5-axis Sync IS system, providing the world’s best image stabilization performance, equivalent to six shutter speed steps. This new technology makes beautiful handheld photography possible even at a 35mm-equivalent focal length of 600mm.
