The billboard, designed by interactive agency Space150, advertises the Forever 21 clothing chain (which recently launched a maternity line called Love 21 Maternity which critics say are directed to pregnant teens [but denied by the company]), and features a giant virtual model who seemingly randomly picks someone from the crowd below. Above the 61-foot-high billboard, a high definition Prosilica camera captures the crowd gawking up at the virtual model and sophisticated software picks apart the individuals in the crowd, selects some for a digital composite built in real-time, and then use them in the interactions with the virtual model on the screen.
