If you have ever wondered what kind of finesse it takes to dock a space vehicle (in this instance, the SpaceX Crew Dragon) to the International Space Station (ISS), well, you’re in luck! SpaceX has released a free docking simulator, with the actual interface (and complete with all of seven (7) docking tips) so you can try your hand at the procedure.

Those who succeed at this delicate operation (after all there will be a crew of four astronauts, at an estimated cost of US $55 million per astronaut seat) may just be offered a job at SpaceX. You could soon be docking SpaceX Crew Dragon vehicles to the ISS from the comfort of your home. And you may not even have to change out of your pyjamas.

Just kidding! The SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft autonomously docks and undocks with the space station, though in a pinch, the crew can switch off Full AUTO to Manual (that is where serious photographers get real excited) and manually dock the spacecraft. Psst: that’s where you come in.)
