Chipworks has a teardown of the Nikon D7000, revealing a Sony image sensor, a Toshiba micro controller and Flash EEPROM by Spansion.
Interestingly they had this to say of a DSLR:
From a circuit board perspective, a DSLR is not nearly as complicated as a smartphone or tablet.
