The Stanford Weng Electric Car[t]

We continue to celebrate good design, smart engineering and really practical inventions.

So, meet the Weng, an electric car [cart?] with a definite retro look that is driven by fly-by-wire [hey, we know this all too well with all the fly-by-wire manual focus rings]. It’s actually cool, practical, cheap, and environmentally friendly.

It just needs some accessories that will carry the iPad, iPhone 4, … hey, wait a minute! It’s something that Apple could have designed! Hmmm, maybe if Apple got into motor vehicles design and production, we could turn back the clock environmentally?
