This video captures a bit the spirit of what goes behind the training sessions of the Canadian National Rowing Team as they prepare to compete to be the world’s fastest rowers. [We can guess it’s the same for teams from other countries and for any sports.] Winning an Olympic medal is most athletes’ dream and they will all exert the effort required to get there.
